You can have all the insights in the world, but if your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, change is nearly impossible. We work with both, because you are both.

I came to this work through my own experience. During Covid, I found breathwork, crystal healing, and somatic practice for myself, and realised I needed to train in it properly. Since then I've completed a Coaching Master's qualification, become a certified holistic coach and accredited therapist with the IPHM, and trained as a Certified Crystal Healer (CCH). I'm also registered with the CMA and trained in breathwork, body scan meditation, EFT, and Reiki. Three years of proper training, and a lot of personal experience before that.
I work with your whole self: mind, body, and the connection between the two. That means combining inner coaching work, clarity, values, identity, with body-based practices like breathwork and nervous system regulation. You can't think your way out of being stuck. We work with both, because you are both.
I work with women navigating burnout, life transitions, chronic illness, menopause, grief, and identity shifts. If you know something needs to change but can't quite name what, or you've lost yourself somewhere along the way and want to find your way back, this is the work.
